Job Title: Murex Technical Support Client Industry: IT Services Location:   Indonesia Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of an Application Support Engineer (Murex) who will be working with our client based in Singapore. Our client is an IT Services provider that specializes in creating and executing strategies for their workforce strategy and digital transformation. By providing end-to-end IT outsourcing and staff augmentation solutions, to help solve the most complex IT problems. Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone upbeat, analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language . Responsibilities: Perform regular Murex system/Environment health checks Investigate Murex Environment and EOD related issues Perform Root cause analysis of issues promptly, and provide recommendations for permanent fix Support project-related activities in terms of Environment Refreshes, EOD executions & Murex bug fixes, minor development Work with end users and provide support to their respective queries Bug fixing deployment in production Qualifications:   1-3yrs of IT experience and preferably support experience to resolve application/environment related issues Basic experience & understanding of Capital Markets Possess strong communication skills and can engage with all levels of stakeholders (project, users, internal) Strong and highly motivated in performing Root Cause Analysis Possess good knowledge SQL and PL-SQL, should be able to write queries independently & debug SQLs and Stored procedures Good knowledge on Unix & Shell scripting. Strong understanding of Linux and server architecture. Experience working with automation tools like - Control M : Drafting, scheduling and executing the jobs Strong English communication skills (Both Written & Spoken) Working experience in providing batch support and EOD execution Understanding of Financial Markets & Different Asset classes, Murex Experience preferred   Why RecruitGo?
